2989938811-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Marvin is hiring Day Shift Manufacturing Associates to help build premium windows, doors, and skylights at our Warroad, MN facility. In this hands-on role, you will operate production and assembly equipment, follow detailed work instructions, and perform quality checks to ensure every product meets our high standards. You'll work on a clean, safety-focused manufacturing floor, collaborating with a supportive team and learning multiple tasks through cross-training. Responsibilities Operate production and assembly equipment to manufacture windows, doors, and skylights to quality standards Follow standard work instructions, safety procedures, and quality checks throughout the shift Inspect parts and finished products for defects, measurements, and correct specifications Perform basic machine adjustments, setups, and changeovers as directed by supervisors Maintain a clean, organized work area and support 5 S and continuous improvement activities Accurately record production data, material usage, and any defects or downtime Work collaboratively with team members, leads, and maintenance to meet daily production goals Participate in safety meetings, training, and reporting of hazards or near-miss incidents Assist with material handling, loading/unloading components, and staging work-in-process Support cross-training and learn new tasks to provide flexibility across production lines Required Skills Assembly line operation Basic mechanical skills Use of hand and power tools Quality inspection and measurement Reading production drawings or work orders Machine operation and setup support Material handling Safety and PPE compliance Basic computer or data entry skills Lean/5 S awareness
