Job Description

Overview:
As a key member of TAUROX, you'll play an essential role in producing high-quality excavator attachments. Your hands-on skill, attention to detail, and teamwork will directly drive production efficiency, quality, and company success. This is a temporary position created to support current production demand. Opportunities for full-time employment may become available based on work ethic, ability & culture, and future business needs.
Primary Responsibilities Teamwork & Collaboration:
Work closely with team members to meet production goals, solve challenges, and contribute ideas that improve efficiency and workflow.
Production Support:
Organize work orders, gather materials and components, pick parts, prepare kits, and ensure workstations are supplied for efficient production.
Surface Preparation & Finishing:
Perform blast cabinet operations, prepare parts for painting, mask components as required, assist with painting, and inspect finished products for quality.
Assembly & Packaging:
Assist with assembling excavator attachments and components according to work instructions. Package, label, palletize, and prepare products for shipment while maintaining accurate documentation.
Material Handling:
Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment to move raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
Inventory & Warehouse:
Receive, organize, and stock inventory and communicate material shortages to supervisors as needed.
Equipment & Facility Maintenance:
Perform routine cleaning tasks and basic maintenance of production equipment and work areas, helping keep the facility organized, safe, and operating efficiently.
Quality & Safety:
Inspect materials and finished products to TAUROX quality standards, follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and report hazards or quality concerns promptly.
Continuous Improvement:
Maintain accurate production records, support process improvements, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Pay:
$16.00 - $22.00 per hour
