Job Description

Summary/Objective Assist with the shipments of all finished goods via full truckloads, less than truckloads, and customer pickups as well as maintaining accurate inventory counts. Quality and integrity will always be a priority in all shipments. Essential Roles This position requires flexibility to learn new positions anywhere in the company. Basic computer skills and attention to detail. Ability to strap, wrap, and pack shipments securely and safely. Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly, keeps yard clean and free of trash and debris. Experience with power and hand tools, operates forklift, and loaders. Maintains quality standards, ensure shipments are accurate and correct. Supports area lead in planning and executing. Help keep inventory correct, understand XA and can navigate through common errors. Other duties as assigned. Competencies Adaptability

Regular, reliable attendance is an essential function of every job. Work Environment The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. Exposed to all weather conditions. Hot, cold, rain and snow. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, and hand eye coordination while loading trucks. The employee will regularly be required to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent At least 6 months in a shipping related job (Required) 6 months Forklift/Front end loader experience (Preferred)
