Schedule Full-time, Monday-Thursday 10-hour shifts (6:30 AM - 5:00 PM) Compensation $20.00 - $26.00 per hour (based on experience) Benefits Health and life insurance Paid vacation and sick time 401(k) with company match Paid, hands-on training Key Responsibilities Build and assemble equipment and packaging components using detailed instructions and diagrams Inspect and clean completed products to ensure quality and functionality Conduct operational checks to confirm products meet required specifications Transport materials and finished goods using a forklift Utilize hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks Assist with subassembly by preparing smaller component parts Provide support across departments and adapt to changing production needs Keep work areas organized and aligned with safety standards Follow company procedures and safety protocols at all times Qualifications Valid driver's license Experience using hand tools, power tools, and forklifts preferred Ability to work in different areas of production as needed Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret instructions Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a team environment About Tri W-G Since 1967, Tri W-G has been manufacturing durable, high-quality medical and rehabilitation equipment—many of which remain in use decades later.
