Temp-to-Hire Associated Staffing is hiring Production Workers for a growing company in Cozad, NE! This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are comfortable working 12-hour shifts.

Pay & Shifts Day Shift:

6:00 AM-6:00 PM | $17.75/hour

Night Shift:

6:00 PM-6:00 AM | $19.60/hour Rotating schedule: 2 days on, 2 days off, then 3 days on Every other weekend required Production Worker Responsibilities Perform general production and labor duties Stack materials and finished products Cut plastic and vinyl fencing materials Monitor production lines and equipment Ensure production lines have proper water levels Keep work areas clean and organized Assist with additional production duties as needed What We're Looking For Dependable with excellent attendance Able to stand, lift and bend throughout a 12-hour shift Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Able to follow instructions and work safely Steel-toed boots required Why Apply?
