Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM-3:30 PM About the Position TEK Services is looking for a dependable, hands-on person to join our production team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning new things, and having variety in their workday. You won't be stuck doing the same task every day. Depending on our workload, you may work on wire and cable assemblies, mechanical assembly, production equipment, kitting, packaging, inspection, or other shop projects. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but it is not required. We are willing to train someone who is reliable, mechanically inclined, willing to learn, and takes pride in their work. As you learn our processes, there is also an opportunity to take on additional responsibility and grow into a team lead role. What You'll Do Assemble mechanical and electrical products Build wire harnesses, cable assemblies and other customer products Use basic hand tools, crimpers and production equipment Follow work instructions, drawings and basic diagrams Inspect completed work for quality Package, label and prepare finished products for shipment Help with kitting, assembly and general production work Move between different jobs and departments as workload changes Learn additional equipment and processes over time Help keep production organized and moving efficiently What We're Looking For You may be a good fit if you are: Dependable
