Hourly SUMMARY:
Assigned under the general supervision of the Production Supervisor to utilize a variety of FPC processes, equipment, Or tools to meet production standards or specifications. It may be titled General Production.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Must be able to firmly grip all tools used with the dominant hand, using proper technique to complete the required tasks. Visually inspect products or complete tasks. Must be able to ensure products are within specification. Required to wear all safety and personal protective equipment (PPE). You may be required to "fill in" for other positions when needed. Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be able to communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers. Regular attendance at work and punctuality are essential job functions. Ability to deal with stress and get along with co-workers and all other management staff. Ability to work safely, and wear all personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
Will train as necessary allowing ninety (90) days to reach and maintain minimum daily production standards.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to speak effectively and communicate with others. Applies broad knowledge of products when speaking with others.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables and in situations where only limited experience may exist. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to use hands and fingers, handle, or feel with hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, full range of body motion to include lifting, twisting, bending reaching outward, pushing, pulling, bending and stooping. May be required to lift up to 50 lbs. Stand on concrete surfaces, and can be exposed to indoor manufacturing environment with exposure to noise from equipment. Climb stairs and ladders. Must have the ability to work in a refrigerated environment of 35 to 45 degrees F. The job is fast-paced and the ability to deal with stress is essential. Fulltime regular positions that work Monday through Friday, generally work 8 hours per day, with minimal overtime. Travel is not required for this position.
