Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
BENDER/WELDER
to join our dynamic fabrication team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will ensure that all projects meet strict quality standards while adhering to safety protocols. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction and manufacturing projects, utilizing advanced welding techniques and mechanical fabrication skills to bring designs to life. Responsibilities Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to accurately fabricate metal components according to specifications. Use measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and shop math to ensure precise dimensions and tolerances in fabrication work. Operate power tools, cutters, and other fabrication equipment safely and efficiently. Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics, and ASME codes & standards for pipe threading, ductwork, and assembly tasks. Maintain a clean, organized work environment while adhering strictly to safety protocols on construction sites or within fabrication shops. Collaborate with team members on assembly, rigging, machining, and metal materials handling to complete projects on time. Skills Proficiency in various welding techniques Ability to read blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and interpret mechanical fabrication instructions accurately. Skilled in using measuring instruments, hand tools, power tools, and shop math for precise fabrication work. Mechanical knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, and metal materials handling. Experience with rigging operations,machining tools, soldering, and assembly processes. Strong adherence to safety protocols while operating equipment such as forklifts or performing construction activities.
