• Powder Coat Assistant - 4 Day Work Week!
• _We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Powder Coater to join a growing manufacturing team in Lincoln, NE. This role focuses on preparing and finishing metal parts in a fast‑paced production environment._
• Responsibilities
• + Perform powder coating on metal components + Prep parts by sanding, grinding, masking, and hanging + Operate spray guns and coating equipment + Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency + Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow PPE requirements + Load and unload parts from racks and ovens + Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
• Skills & Qualifications
• + 1+ year experience in powder coating or industrial painting + Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods + Strong attention to detail and quality + Experience with hand tools and basic prep equipment + Reliable attendance and ability to work in a production environment + Experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing + Knowledge of curing ovens and coating thickness standards

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $17.

00 - $17.00/hr.
