WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Master Candelier who is part scientist, part craftsman, all detail. This is a physically demanding role that requires both mental precision and physical stamina. Someone who thinks in formulas, works with precision, and takes pride in getting it exactly right every single time. If you love the accuracy of a lab, the satisfaction of a perfect pour, and the idea of building something with your hands that people bring into their homes this role was made for you. This is not a job for someone who cuts corners. This is a job for someone who notices when something is off by a gram and fixes it before anyone asks.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Follow precise candle formulas and recipes by measuring, melting, and blending wax and fragrance with exact accuracy every single batch Monitor and document production processes to ensure consistency across every pour Operate production equipment safely and efficiently Conduct quality control throughout the entire production process. Every candle must meet Bianchi standards before it leaves your hands Prepare wicks, containers, molds, and equipment for production runs Train, coach, and develop Apprentice Candeliers and other production team members Assist in new product development by testing new scent combinations, wax formulas, and production methods Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment at all times Communicate with the team to meet production schedules and deadlines All other duties as assigned by management

WHO YOU ARE

You have a science or math brain . You understand ratios, measurements, and formulas and you follow them with precision You are physically capable as this role requires lifting up to 75 lbs repetitively and standing for up to 9 hours Comfortable with repetitive physical tasks combined with precision measurement work Ability to move and reposition heavy materials including wax blocks and fragrance containers throughout the day You are a detail obsessive and close enough is never good enough for you You have experience in production, manufacturing, lab, or a similar environment . This is preferred but not required if you bring the right mindset You can read and follow written instructions exactly as written every time, no improvising You are flexible and adaptable . Our production demands shift and you adjust without losing your precision You take pride in your craft and you understand that every candle that leaves this facility represents Bianchi Candle Brands
