Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Location:

Blair, NE Pay/Salary:

Starting at $23/hr

Job Duties:

Operate and adjust production machinery. Perform basic equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Ensure product quality and follow production standards. Follow all safety policies and procedures. Support team and production goals as needed.

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED required. Manufacturing or agricultural experience preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain safety standards, and support production goals.
