Are you skilled in production and sewing? Essential Personnel is looking for a reliable Production Assistant to join a dynamic company specializing in athletic equipment manufacturing. This hands-on role is perfect for individuals who excel in working with various materials, possess a strong work ethic, and take pride in delivering top-notch products. Requirements for

Production Assistant:

Previous production experience required Sewing and upholstery knowledge preferred General knowledge of power tools Bilingual preferred Reliable transportation Ability to lift 25 50 lbs. on a semi-regular basis Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team environment

Responsibilities of Production Assistant:

Cut and fabricate foam, fabric, and wood materials Adhere and assemble foam components Apply vinyl coverings to foam and wood products Assist with the assembly, packaging, and shipping of finished products Help with foam product installation as needed Perform other production duties to support daily operations
