Sanford. Job Summary We are excited to invite motivated individuals to join our manufacturing customer base in various opportunities across the Tri-Cities of New Hampshire and Southern Maine. These roles offer dynamic environments where team members contribute directly to the creation and assembly of high-quality products. Candidates will play a vital part in supporting manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and precision throughout the production process. These positions are ideal for individuals eager to develop their skills within a fast-paced manufacturing setting and grow their careers in the industry. Responsibilities Assist with assembly line tasks, including assembling components using hand tools and power tools. Run and maintain production machines, ensure safety and quality. Responsible for operating various machines such as Laser, Punch, Press Brake, Roller, Shear, Deburr Machine, and Tumbler to manufacture sheet metal parts and meet manufacturing requirements.

Requirements:

Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail. Support manufacturing processes by preparing materials, loading machines, and ensuring smooth workflow. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the manufacturing facility and warehouse areas. Requirements Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred. Familiarity with assembly lines, hand tools, power tools, and mechanical systems. Basic mechanical knowledge to understand machinery operations and troubleshooting. Warehouse experience, including inventory management, is advantageous. Ability to work effectively in a team environment within a fast-paced setting. #
