Job Description
Our client, a leader in the aerospace and military equipment manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the Hand Assembly team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

6:00 am-2:30 pm or 7:00 am-3:30 pm, Monday-Friday What's the Job? Assemble small electrical components with precision in a clean room environment Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy during production processes Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols Operate in a quiet, controlled environment with minimal distractions Support team efforts to meet daily production quotas and quality standards What's Needed? No prior experience required; training provided Strong attention to detail and focus on quality Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to pass a 10-panel drug test (THC disqualifies) and background check Provide proper identification for entry into the facility What's in it for me?
