Job Description

Manufacturing Production Associate Looking for a new opportunity with excellent pay, flexible scheduling options, and room to grow? Leddy Group is seeking motivated individuals for Manufacturing Production Associate with a leading manufacturing company. These opportunities are available in a variety of departments, including Machine Attendant, Utility Operator, and Quality Inspector roles. Whether you are looking to start a manufacturing career or bring your existing production experience to a growing organization, we encourage you to apply. We frequently have openings across multiple shifts, including weekday, weekend, and select part-time schedules.
Available Positions:
Machine Attendant Load materials into machines Monitor production processes Remove and package finished products Troubleshoot minor equipment issues Maintain quality and safety standards Utility Operator Support production operations across multiple departments Move materials and supplies throughout the facility Assist with machine setup and operation Perform general production and housekeeping duties Help ensure smooth workflow and production efficiency Quality Inspector Inspect products to ensure they meet customer and company specifications Perform visual and measurement-based quality checks Document inspection results accurately Identify defects and communicate concerns to production teams Support continuous quality improvement efforts Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply Strong attention to detail Good computer and data entry skills Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand throughout the shift
Shifts Often Available:
We regularly offer a variety of schedules to accommodate different lifestyles and availability. 1st Shift Monday-Friday 7:30 AM
  • 4:00 PM 40 hours per week 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 4:00 PM
  • 12:30 AM 40 hours per week 3rd Shift Monday-Friday 12:30 AM
  • 7:30 AM 35 hours per week Weekend 2nd Shift 12:30 PM
  • 12:30 AM Saturday & Sunday Plus two weekday shifts from 4:00 PM
  • 12:30 AM 39 hours per week Weekend 3rd Shift 12:30 AM
  • 12:30 PM Saturday & Sunday Plus two weekday shifts from 12:30 AM
  • 7:30 AM 37 hours per week Part-Time Weekend Opportunities Select Saturday and Sunday only schedules may also be available.

Pay:
$19
  • 26/hour, depending on both position and shift.
