Utility Operator (Firing/Binning department) Need to have exp using computers

Perform production, material handling, machine monitoring, inspection, and documentation tasks to support manufacturing quality and regulatory compliance. Job Responsibilities Load materials into production machines Pack finished products Sort products and parts Move materials within the production area Measure and check raw materials or parts for proper components, ingredients, and quantities Record accurate final part weights in grams Monitor machine controls to ensure equipment runs at proper levels during production Report equipment malfunctions Pre-inspect products before the next production phase Maintain production records in compliance with regulatory requirements Maintain the manufacturing environment according to regulatory requirements Follow 5S standards across assigned work areas Follow established safety standards Properly handle hazardous materials, including acetone Occasionally perform persistence measurement tasks Troubleshoot production issues and report findings to a supervisor or team lead Job Requirements Production, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred Experience working with small or minute parts preferred Ability to measure raw materials, parts, components, ingredients, and quantities Ability to accurately record part weights in grams Solid computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office products Ability to manage multiple production tasks at once Ability to follow regulatory, safety, and 5S requirements Ability to safely handle hazardous materials Ability to stoop, crouch, bend at the waist, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs. Preferred Skills Machine monitoring experience Quality inspection or pre-inspection experience Manufacturing documentation experience Experience handling acetone or similar hazardous materials Troubleshooting experience in a production environment Experience with regulated manufacturing environments
