This hands-on role is essential to the creation of our high-quality fiberglass poles, which are proudly handcrafted in New Hampshire and built to withstand the toughest environments. Position Overview As a Craftsman, you will be responsible for preparing, cutting, and assembling materials used in the production of fiberglass poles. You'll work closely with a team to ensure every product meets our exacting quality standards. Key Responsibilities Gather and prepare materials required for fiberglass pole production Measure and cut materials accurately according to specifications Follow detailed work instructions and production guidelines Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals Qualifications Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to follow directions and adhere to established processes Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Previous manufacturing or hands-on experience is a plus, but not required Schedule & Benefits 4-day work week (four 10-hour shifts) Occasional overtime available Comprehensive benefits package , including: Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) with company match Health benefits What We Offer Stable, full-time opportunity with a growing company Hands-on work creating durable, high-performance products Supportive, team-oriented environment
