Press Operator (3rd Shift) - Hooksett, NH Masis Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading printing company in Hooksett, NH, to hire an experienced Press Operator for a direct-hire 3rd shift opportunity. This role is ideal for candidates with prior offset web press experience who are looking to join a stable company offering competitive pay, excellent benefits, and long-term career growth. Pay $25.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience Additional $1.00 per hour shift differential when moved to 3rd shift

Monday-Friday 11:30 PM - 7:30 AM Position Overview The Press Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining offset web printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials while meeting production schedules and quality standards. This position requires previous offset web press experience and a solid understanding of press operations, troubleshooting, and print production processes. Responsibilities Operate offset web presses and related printing equipment safely and efficiently Monitor print quality throughout production runs and make adjustments as needed Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting on equipment Follow job specifications, production schedules, and quality requirements Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime Maintain accurate production records and time tracking Adhere to all company safety procedures and workplace standards Keep work areas clean, organized, and production-ready Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met Qualifications Previous experience operating offset web presses required Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to read and follow production specifications Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight hours Benefits 401(k) Retirement Plan Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Paid Time Off (PTO) Why Apply?
