Oven Attendant - 2nd Shift Masis Staffing Solutions is currently hiring an Oven Attendant for a growing manufacturing bakery located in Manchester, NH . This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with manufacturing or bakery experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment. The Oven Attendant plays a key role in ensuring products are baked to quality standards while maintaining a safe and sanitary work area.

Full-Time Position Overview The Oven Attendant is responsible for operating and monitoring industrial baking ovens to ensure products are baked according to established quality standards. This role includes adjusting oven settings, monitoring product quality, documenting production data, and following all safety and sanitation procedures. Responsibilities Monitor and adjust oven temperatures, timers, and settings according to product specifications Conduct quality checks on baked products, ensuring proper color, texture, and consistency Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including routine equipment cleaning Record production and oven performance data for quality assurance purposes Troubleshoot baking and production issues in collaboration with team members Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines Adhere to company policies and production standards
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or bakery environment Ability to work in a fast-paced setting Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
Experience operating industrial baking equipment Food safety or sanitation certification Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, but not required Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on concrete floors Frequent bending, twisting, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Comfortable working in a warm environment near industrial ovens Work Environment Manufacturing bakery setting Exposure to heat, bakery equipment, and raw materials Moderate to high noise levels Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including hair nets, ear protection, safety shoes, and uniforms Masis Staffing is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
