Position Summary:
Were seeking a Temporary Project Floater to support various departments within our label printing and packaging facility. This individual will play a key role in executing short-term project work and providing hands-on support across multiple operational areas. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, flexible, and eager to contribute wherever needed.
Schedule:
Shift:
Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM 5:00 PMUp to 29 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with label and packaging project work as assignedSupport production floor operations, including material handling and stagingHelp organize and maintain inventory or supplies for project-based tasksPerform quality checks and basic documentation as neededFloat between departments to provide general labor supportMaintain a clean and safe working environmentCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team leads about task status
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious experience in a manufacturing, packaging, or printing environment a plusAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityPhysically able to stand, lift, bend, and move around a production environment for extended periodsA team player with a flexible and positive attitude
