This position helps maintain a safe, clean, and efficient production environment while assisting operators and team members to meet quality and productivity goals.
Responsibilities:
Assist production personnel with daily manufacturing and packaging operations. Maintains production count. Mixes epoxy. Bonds heat sinks using epoxy and hardware. Cuts fins using fin sheers. Ensures quality of parts before forwarding them to the next operation. Reports any unsafe conditions to Supervisor/Management. Responsible for cleanliness of his/her own work area and the general housekeeping of the Company. Other duties as assigned. Follow all safety procedures, GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and company policies. Assist with changeovers, setup, and teardown of production equipment. Follow all lockout/tagout (LOTO), machine guarding, and safety procedures. Accurately complete production and housekeeping documentation as required. Perform other duties as assigned to support production operations.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED preferred. Manufacturing, stamping, metal forming, or press shop experience preferred. Ability to safely work around heavy industrial machinery. Basic understanding of manufacturing safety practices. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
