Job Description
Adecco Staffing is hiring Mechanical / Dimensional Inspectors for a manufacturing company in Pease, NH . We are looking for candidates with inspection or machining experience who are comfortable working with precision measuring tools, blueprints, and dimensional specifications. Candidates with previous quality inspection, CNC machining, precision manufacturing, or mechanical inspection experience are encouraged to apply. Pease, NH Base Pay:
$25.00+/hour, depending on experience Available Shifts 1st Shift- 2 Openings Monday
- Thursday 5:00 AM
- 3:30
PM Pay:
$25.00+/hour Weekend Shift- 1 Opening Friday, Saturday & Sunday 5:30 AM
- 5:45
PM Pay:
$25.00+/hour + 20% Weekend Shift Differential What You'll Do Perform mechanical and dimensional inspections on manufactured components Inspect parts to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, dimensions, and tolerances Use precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and height gauges Set up parts and components for inspection Collect, review, and document inspection results Identify dimensional discrepancies and non-conforming parts Assist with investigating and resolving inspection discrepancies Follow established inspection procedures and work instructions Maintain accurate quality and inspection documentation Communicate quality concerns and inspection results to supervisors and team members Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area What We're Looking For At least 1 year of inspection experience in a light industrial, manufacturing, or machining environment OR At least 1 year of machining experience with some inspection exposure- machining experience transfers very well into this role Basic understanding of GD&T Experience using calipers, micrometers, and height gauges Ability to read and interpret blueprints, dimensions, and tolerances CMM experience is a plus , including loading, unloading, and operating Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic computer and documentation skills Strong problem-solving skills Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team This is a great opportunity for someone with a quality inspection or machining background who is looking to grow their experience in mechanical and dimensional inspection.
