Production Operator Do you have sewing machine experience or good hand-eye dexterity from sewing flies for fly fishing? Have you worked in fast-paced environments such as production or the restaurant industry? Then this full-time Production Operator position might be right for you! You'll learn valuable skills and help make high-quality gear that protects people's lives. Responsibilities of the Production Operator Perform sewing and non-sewing operations Utilize a variety of industrial single needle, double needle, and programmable machines Check work for quality Follow all safety procedures Cross-train on additional operations Perform additional tasks as assigned Qualifications of the Production Operator High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in Sewing, Manufacturing, Machine Operation, Assembly, Quality Control, and/or Inspection desirable Good communication skills in English Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Visual acuity and attention to detail Ability to use and understand a ruler and measurements Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., perform repetitive tasks, and stand/walk throughout shift The Production Operator works Monday through Thursday from 6:00am-3:30pm and Friday from 6:00am-2:30pm, with possible overtime on Saturdays.
