Job Description
Senior Manufacturing Associate Location:
Portsmouth, NH (On-site) You will play a key role in manufacturing life‑changing therapeutic proteins in a cGMP environment. In this senior position, you will bring technical expertise, sound judgment, and a strong quality mindset to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production.Shift Schedule:
Shift:
Rotational Night Shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)Pattern:
2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off (repeating cycle)- Starting off: First 2‑week orientation and training period is on the day shift

What you will do:
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment in a cGMP production environment.
- Execute process steps while following approved procedures and documentation standards.
- Perform laboratory and production tasks such as sampling, testing, and equipment preparation.
- Review batch records and logbooks for accuracy and compliance.
- Investigate deviations and support continuous improvement actions.
- Maintain equipment and production areas through cleaning activities.
- Support and train team members by sharing technical knowledge.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in a regulated manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong technical understanding and sound decision‑making skills.
- Ability to follow detailed procedures with a quality mindset.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support others.
- High school diploma or equivalent; science‑related education is a plus.
- Motivation to uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards.
