Product Operation Set-Ups must be performed as instructed through Operation Set-Up Sheets, Plant Work Orders, and Quality Plans.
Responsible for the documentation of all production and quality data as instructed Organize and clean work area daily to ensure work area is efficient and safe.
Clean equipment as instructed by Supervisor. This includes product change overs, daily cleaning schedules, and any projects assigned by Supervision.
Train new employees.
Assist Maintenance Staff in the repair and trouble-shooting of equipment.
PM as scheduled and document as instructed.
Observe all Safety Rules and regulations and advise Supervision of any safety issues that need attention.
Perform all other duties as directed by Supervision.
Attention to detail.
Good math and reading skills.
Ability to follow directions and specifications.
Ability to lift 50-lbs regularly.
Ability to push or pull .Must be available to work 12-hour shift and OT as needed.
