09/20/2026 Job Description Job Description We are currently looking for Production Workers in Somerset, NJ. A well-established food manufacturer is looking for experienced, dedicated, and hard working individuals who want to continue their career while earning a great paycheck. Schedule Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm

Pay:

$20/hr

Production Worker Responsibilities:

Work with powders and ingredients to make seasoning Consistent heavy lifting of 50-55 lbs powder bags to mix material into mixers Follow basic formula mixing instructions General production, and labor tasks

Production Worker Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Production experience is a PLUS Knowledge and experience in Food Industry is a PLUS Ability to work from written and/or verbal instructions Ability to learn while training with an experienced employee Ability to follow safety rules and requirements when working in dangerous areas or with powered equipment Ability to work as a team member while under training with experienced employee Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment. Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
