In this role, you'll assemble products, prepare materials, and help ensure every item meets our high standards for quality and safety. Whether you're looking to grow your manufacturing career or bring your existing production experience to a great team, we'd love to hear from you. This position is based at our Burlington, NJ Manufacturing & Warehouse Facility. Operate forklifts and power tools safely to transport materials and assemble components efficiently. Use measuring instruments and interpret technical drawings to ensure precise assembly and quality control. Follow manufacturing documentation to maintain accurate records of production processes and outputs. Conduct manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting, to move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility. Assist with process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and supporting lean manufacturing practices. Support assembly line operations by assembling parts, performing mechanical tasks, and managing workflow to meet production targets. Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including safety standards in production, to maintain a secure work environment for all team members.

What You'll Do:

Assemble components according to work instructions and production standards Prepare, measure, and stage materials needed for assembly Load and unload materials from workstations as needed Use hand tools and basic power tools safely and effectively Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area Pack completed units for shipment Follow all safety, quality, and procedures Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.

Education High school diploma or equivalent Experience No prior assembly experience required full training provided Additional Skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis Comfortable using manual or power tools (training provided) Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and quality Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment Willingness to learn and take direction Company Overview Specified Technologies Inc.
