In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. Your expertise in machine operation, technical skills, and commitment to quality will contribute significantly to our production goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced equipment and develop your skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Responsibilities, not for a Forklift Operator. For the 2nd shift 5pm to 1:30am. Set up, operate, and monitor various manufacturing machines including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, flexo presses, press brake machines, and CAM programming tools. Program and troubleshoot CNC machinery using Fanuc controls and other programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Perform routine maintenance and calibration on equipment to maintain optimal performance. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other tools to inspect parts for quality assurance. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols; document production data accurately for quality control records. Proven experience operating manufacturing machinery such as CNC milling machines, , stamping presses, or flexo presses within a manufacturing facility. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively. Ability to use precision measuring instruments including calipers and micrometers for quality inspections. Experience with tooling setup, fabrication processes, welding, assembly lines, and materials handling equipment such as forklifts. Basic math skills necessary for measurements, calculations, and quality assessments. Prior factory or warehouse experience emphasizing safety standards and quality control procedures.
