Job Description
Worthington Enterprises is seeking motivated Production Associates to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth movement, storage, and handling of materials and finished products. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality. Pay New pay starting at $20-$24 hour. •Now offering quarterly $500 perfect attendance bonus• Shift Available 2nd shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM Responsibilities Perform a variety of production tasks, including assembly, material handling, machine setup, press or paint line operation, welding, testing, and quality control. Move, stage, and transport materials and products within the plant or warehouse using forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and other equipment. Assist in machine setup, including building arbors and preparing equipment for production use. Receive, inspect, unload, and properly store incoming shipments; verify accuracy and report damaged or defective items. Support quality control efforts by inspecting products and reporting any defects or discrepancies. Maintain clean and organized work areas; perform general housekeeping as needed. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals. Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure safe, efficient, and quality production and warehouse operations. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 0-6 months prior experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling preferred. Ability to operate forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and banding tools; required OSHA safety training. Forklift and crane license. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods. Basic math, computer, and tape measure reading skills. Strong hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude a plus. Attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions, production orders, or bills of material. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to safety protocols and quality standards.
