is looking for a dependable, hardworking Production & Packaging Machine Operator to join our team. This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable working in both a food production/packaging environment and warehouse setting . We are looking for someone who can do more than packing. The ideal candidate will have experience operating production and packaging equipment and be able to learn, adjust, clean, and troubleshoot different machines. Responsibilities Operate and monitor various food production and packaging machines. Set up and adjust machines according to product and packaging requirements. Operate filling, weighing, sealing, labeling, and packaging equipment. Monitor machines during production to ensure products are packaged correctly and efficiently. Make basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor operating problems. Perform quality checks on products and packaging. Pack finished products into cases and prepare orders for the warehouse. Label boxes, cases, and finished products accurately. Keep the production and work areas clean and organized. Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures. Load and unload materials and move products as needed. Assist with inventory and warehouse duties when required. Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment. Work safely and report equipment or production problems to management. Help meet daily production goals and deadlines. Perform other production and warehouse duties as needed. Qualifications Previous experience operating production, packaging, or food-processing machinery preferred. Warehouse, manufacturing, food production, or packaging experience is a plus. Mechanical ability and willingness to learn different machines. Ability to make basic machine adjustments and identify operating problems. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and hardworking. Good attention to detail. Able to follow instructions and production procedures. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical warehouse/production work. Ability to lift and move boxes and product as required. Food production experience is a plus. Full-Time 7:30 AM TO 4 :00 PM (OVERTIME
