Production, Machine Operator, second shift

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Machine Operator for our second shift to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery to wind high-quality transformer coils efficiently and safely. Your mechanical knowledge, hands-on skills, and commitment to safety will drive the success of our production processes. Responsibilities Operate manufacturing machinery with precision, ensuring adherence to production specifications and safety standards. Use hand tools and machining equipment to perform setup and adjustments. Maintain accurate production logs, and shift reports to ensure traceability and accountability. Experience Prior experience in manufacturing is highly preferred. This is not a warehouse/material handling position. Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools and machining equipment effectively. Basic math skills are necessary for measurements, calculations, and quality checks. Must be able to use a tape measure accurately to 1/32 of an inch. Employees must stand for the entire 8 hour shift. Knowledge of tig welding is highly preferred. Pay:

$20.00 per hour
