Role:

The Operator Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting manufacturing operations by ensuring that machinery and production lines function efficiently and safely. Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Familiarity with standard manufacturing safety practices and equipment. Responsibilities:

Assist machine operators in setting up and calibrating equipment for production runs. Monitor machinery during operation to detect and report any malfunctions or irregularities. Prepare and supply raw materials or components to the production line as needed. Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure equipment operates efficiently. Follow all safety guidelines and participate in safety training sessions to maintain a safe workplace. Document production activities and report any issues or deviations to supervisors promptly. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and support continuous improvement initiatives.
