POSITION SUMMARY

Event company seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Production Sewer to join our in-house manufacturing team. In this role, you will work in our production facility sewing silicone edge gasket channels onto large-format printed fabric graphics used in trade show event displays and exhibits. This is a hands-on, production-focused position requiring a high degree of precision, consistency, and efficiency. Training on all equipment and workflows will be provided.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sew silicone edge gasket onto large-format fabric panels with precision and consistency Inspect finished pieces to ensure quality standards and dimensional accuracy are met Handle and manage large-format fabric materials safely and efficiently throughout the production process Maintain an organized and efficient workstation in a fast-paced production environment Follow production schedules and meet output targets to support project deadlines Collaborate with the production team to communicate job status and flag any quality concerns Learn and eventually operate end-to-end production equipment including heat press and wide-format fabric printing systems Adhere to all workplace safety protocols and company procedures

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Required:

Demonstrated sewing experience, particularly with large-format or industrial-scale materials Strong attention to detail and a commitment to precision — the accuracy of each stitch directly impacts the final display product Ability to handle, maneuver, and sew oversized fabric pieces with care and efficiency Reliable, punctual, and capable of sustaining focus during repetitive production tasks Ability to communicate effectively in English — both verbal and written — to coordinate with the team and follow production instructions Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift fabric materials, and work in an active production environment

Preferred:

Experience in a production, manufacturing, or fabrication environment Background in textiles, signage, or exhibit/display production Familiarity with silicone edge graphic (SEG) systems or trade show display products a plus
