Position Overview Wave One Sports is seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Assistant to support daily production operations. This is a hands-on, full-time position in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and takes pride in helping keep production running smoothly. This role works closely with the Production Manager and production team to ensure orders are prepared, tracked, and completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Assist with basic inventory management, including receiving, counting, and organizing stock Lift, move, and stage boxes and apparel throughout the production area Count, verify, and check orders against written work orders Pull and prepare garments and materials for production runs Assist embroidery, print, and production staff with any production-related tasks as needed Restock supplies and keep materials organized and accessible Maintain accurate written inventory and production notes Conduct basic quality control checks on finished garments Trim, fold, bag, and pack garments for fulfillment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production and warehouse workspace Qualifications Strong attention to detail and quality standards Basic computer and counting skills for inventory tracking Ability to read and follow production instructions accurately Dependable, punctual, and able to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers Physical & Technical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift and move apparel boxes as needed Comfortable working in a production and warehouse setting Employment Details Full-time position Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Overtime and occasional weekend work may be available On-site position Compensation & Benefits Competitive wages, commensurate with experience Paid holidays Matching 401(k) Training & Onboarding Training on Wave One Sports production standards and processes provided Equal Opportunity Statement Wave One Sports is an equal opportunity employer.
