Job Description

Required Education
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
Required Experience:
•
Experience:
2-4 years in graphic production, with strong CPG, pharmaceutical, or consumer health exposure.

Technical skills:
  • Expert in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign; micro-typography and dense legal copy in tight spaces; printing processes (flexography, lithography, digital), ink limitations and color management; good retouching and image manipulation skills

Competencies:
Hyper-attention to detail; process-oriented, comfortable in highly regulated workflows where accuracy comes before creative expression.

Responsibilities include:
  • Revise existing components: cartons, primary labels, blisters, tubes, and Patient Information Leaflets.
  • Integrate regulatory text updates: Drug Facts, supplement facts, warnings, expiry and lot codes.
  • Adapt master layouts across sizes, formats, and configurations while holding brand integrity.
Pre-press & production:
  • Build mechanical files to printer die-lines with correct separations (Pantone/CMYK), trapping, bleeds, and technical layers.
  • Generate and verify barcodes, QR codes, and regulatory symbols for scan compliance.
  • Review printer proofs against masters for color, text placement, and structural accuracy before mass production.
Collaboration & asset management:
  • Route artwork through approval systems (Veeva, Blue, Workfront) for Regulatory, Legal, and Quality sign-off.
  • Maintain digital asset libraries with strict version control so only approved artwork is in use.
  • Work directly with print vendors to resolve technical issues and match press requirements.
Purpose:
  • Update, maintain, and prepare mechanical production files for the global consumer health portfolio (OTC medicines, supplements, personal care), partnering with Graphics Management, Regulatory, and Marketing so all packaging meets FDA/FTC requirements and brand guidelines.
Key Activities:
  • Execute in-house creation, adaptation, and revision of packaging artwork and printed components, ensuring on-brand, print-ready files delivered on time.
