We are currently hiring a Manufacturing Associate for our night shift production team. This position plays a key role in supporting manufacturing operations by producing quality products, maintaining efficiency, and following all company safety and quality standards. Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a production environment. Responsibilities Perform manufacturing and assembly operations according to company procedures Operate production equipment safely and efficiently Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Package and prepare finished products for shipment or next operation Maintain clean and organized work areas Complete production paperwork and documentation accurately Follow all safety policies and procedures Support team production goals and deadlines Qualifications Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but not required Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout shift Reliable attendance and punctuality required Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
