Start Time:

8:00am Hiring Immediately!! •Candidate must be able to work in a freezer/cold storage environment•

Essential Functions:

1. Review appropriate production schedules to ensure correct equipment setups have been made and appropriate materials are present for efficient productivity. 2. Perform Product manufacturing task on the assembly lines. 3. Operates equipment or machinery as efficiently as possible to achieve established throughput rates and finish product quality. 4. Ensure the products get processed in the right order and are inserted into machinery in the correct manner. 5. Complies with established standard operating procedures for the position. 6. Responsible for performing and verifying assigned quality-related compliance checks to ensure correct weight, product description, product content and labeling (info in the rack). 7. Follow all appropriate safety guidelines and practices associates with the position and line. Assist enforcement of safety-related measures as appropriate, Participates in periodic training regarding facility or equipment safety as necessary. 8. Train the new joined works and provide them with instructions to perform their duties efficiently and safely. 9. Inform the supervisor about any potential risk or danger to the workers while managing the operations. 10. Must follow all Food Safety, Allergen, and Lot Control parameters to meet BRC Standards 11. Sanitize the surfaces and equipment used in production area. 12. Report deviations related to food safety with the finished product and the raw materials, including packaging. 13. Report deviations related to product noncomplying with customer specifications or any other deviation related legality or quality

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Education - No Minimum requirements Experience/Expertise 1. Minimum of 1 years experience in similar position, particularly production scheduling, with proven, results oriented, skills and abilities. Organizational and team leadership competencies required. Basic technical know-how of diverse factory processes a plus. 2. Communication Skills a. Knowledge of multi-culture work environment. Act as a professional at all times. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. b. Ability to effectively communicate, both internal and external at all levels c. Provide rapid response to any inquiries d. Professional attitude 4. Reasoning Ability a. Ability to collect, analyze and report production scheduling related performance results. b. Reading, writing and record keeping skills. 3. Experience in bakery production or similar work preferred. 4. Ability to learn and apply company standards including, but not limited to, lock-out/tag-out, safety practices, GMPs, employee handbook, etc.

Working Conditions/Physical Factors:

1. Worker exposed to temperatures above 100 degrees for periods of more than one hour. More extreme temperatures possible during summer months. 2. Worker exposed to a loud working environment. 3. Worker exposed to hazards in the workplace such as proximity to equipment conducting extreme heat, moving parts. 4. Must be able to keep a positive attitude and high level of motivation to achieve the highest quality of performance. 5. Must be flexible and willing to work any shift, time, day, or holiday. 6. Must be able to work in environment containing flour dust, wheat, milk, Egg, Soy (allergens). 7. Must be able to exert force or lift up to 50 pounds constantly, must be able to constantly exert force sufficient to move objects such as Racks, conveyors, Pails, mixing bowls etc…. 8. Must be able to stand for a long period of time, reach, walk, lift, grasp, Push, feel, bend and twist. 9. Must have the ability to perform repetitive tasks quickly and accurately.
