Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment in accordance with safety, sanitation, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards. Assist in the preparation, packaging, and labeling of products while maintaining compliance with FDA regulations, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and other safety management protocols. Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure products meet established quality standards in production. Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for processing, sanitation, and packaging tasks. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment to ensure sanitation standards are consistently met. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains. Document production activities accurately using SAP or other manufacturing management systems, ensuring regulatory/legal compliance standards are upheld. Requirements Prior experience in production or a processing plant is highly preferred. Execute finalized product recipes and formulas exactly as specified — consistency and accuracy are the job Knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and safety standards in production is essential. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory, measurements, and quality assessments. Strong understanding of safety management practices within a manufacturing environment. Excellent managerial communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors effectively. Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in product production. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to strict sanitation and safety protocols.
