This is a full-time position based in Moonachie, New Jersey, with a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break.

Responsibilities:

Prepare macaron shell mix Pipe macaron shells and assist with all stages of daily macaron production Assist with ganache and jam production Help pipe ganache and jam for macarons

• Assemble (stick), pack, and seal the daily macaron production Assist in mixing macaron flour using TPT techniques Support the production of chocolates and ice creams Assist with fulfilling and shipping daily orders

Requirements:

Pastry/Culinary education is strongly preferred Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions in English , French is a plus Capability to stand for extended periods Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. multiple times per day Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
