Flavor Dispensing Operator Location:

Mt. Olive, NJ Pay rate: $22/hour Temp to Hire Join a leading flavor manufacturing team and play an important role in preparing and packaging finished flavor products according to customer specifications. What You'll Do Dispense flavors into various package sizes according to manufacturing instructions and Sales Orders. Gather, inspect, and verify packaging materials to ensure production standards are met. Operate and work with pumps, mixers, scales, and forklifts . Accurately record dispensing and inventory information using Batch Metrics and Oracle EBS . Follow production schedules, cleaning procedures, training requirements, and routine inspections. Maintain compliance with GMP, SOPs, SQF, regulatory, and safety standards . Communicate professionally and effectively with team members across different areas. Perform basic math and unit conversions, including lbs. to kg and lbs. to gallons . Read and follow manufacturing instructions, policies, and other documents written in English. Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. What We're Looking For
