ADM has been in business since 1983, and we're looking to add a Manufacturing Helper to our team. This is a hands-on floor support role. You'll be the person who keeps things moving, pitching in wherever the shop needs an extra set of hands. Whether you're looking to break into the trade or just want a steady, reliable day-shift job where you're not stuck doing the same thing every hour, this role works. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Support production across multiple departments including welding, grinding, laser, assembly, and shipping Move material, parts, and finished goods around the shop Help shipping pack, label, and stage orders for outbound freight Assist with light assembly, PEM insertion, tapping, and other simple production tasks Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe. Sweep, empty scrap bins, stage material Pitch in wherever the shop needs you on any given day

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

No experience required. We'll train you on everything Reliable, on-time, and ready to put in a full day's work Comfortable switching tasks throughout the day. This role isn't the same thing every hour Willing to learn and take direction from more experienced team members Able to be on your feet for a full shift and lift up to 70 lbs Reliable commute to Nutley, NJ 07110 (or relocating before start date)

Pay:

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
