Duties Operate sublimation printing equipment to transfer vibrant designs onto mugs with precision and care Prepare materials by cutting, assembling, and setting up hand tools and power tools for production runs Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly, minimizing downtime Manage the assembly line process, ensuring each product meets quality standards before packaging Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the manufacturing facility to promote safety and efficiency Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies such as transfer paper, inks, blanks, and finished products Follow safety protocols diligently when handling machinery, hand tools, and power tools during production Requirements Most of all: hands-on artistic person. If you have done crafts before in any sense, then you are highly qualified to contribute not only in doing the job, but sharing ideas and making our systems better!
