This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with tools, building or fabricating products, and completing custom work orders in a fast-moving production environment.

The work is hands-on and varies from day to day. Candidates with experience in manufacturing, carpentry, woodworking, flooring, carpet installation, measuring, fabrication, or similar trades may have transferable skills for this opportunity. Responsibilities Complete production and fabrication work orders accurately Measure materials using a tape measure Read and interpret work orders, prints, and job specifications Operate mechanical equipment and hand tools safely Handle and move materials throughout the work area Maintain a safe, organized, and productive workspace Learn specialized fabrication processes and equipment Operate a forklift or train to operate one as needed
Benefits:
Monday-Friday, 8am-5:30pm Opportunity for overtime Pay Rate $18 hr Medical/ Dental/ Vision/ Term Life, no waiting period Qualifications Ability to accurately use a tape measure Basic math skills Comfortable working with hand tools and mechanical equipment Ability to read and follow work orders and prints Willingness to perform hands-on work in a production environment Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift 50-75 lbs. Forklift experience is helpful, but candidates willing to learn may be considered Previous experience in manufacturing, fabrication, carpentry, woodworking, flooring, carpet installation, measuring, or a related hands-on environment is helpful #INDDO
