Job Description

Production / Machine Operator Mable Furniture LLC is looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined Production / Machine Operator to join our furniture manufacturing shop. This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with machinery, solving problems, and producing a quality product. Experience operating woodworking or CNC equipment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. What You'll Do Operate CNC and woodworking production equipment Learn and operate our Weeke Vantage CNC Assist with operation of our beam saw, edgebander, and horizontal drilling equipment Load and unload sheet goods and finished parts Label, sort, inspect, and organize components Read shop drawings, cut lists, and measurements Monitor parts for quality and accuracy Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting Keep machines and work areas clean and organized Assist with assembly, material handling, and other production tasks as needed Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment What We're Looking For Manufacturing, woodworking, cabinet, or furniture experience is a plus CNC or machine operating experience is preferred but not required Strong mechanical aptitude Comfortable using a tape measure and working with dimensions Ability to read and understand basic drawings and instructions Good attention to detail Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn new equipment and processes Ability to regularly lift and move sheet goods and furniture components What You'll Learn The goal of this position is to develop into a capable, independent machine operator. Training will include CNC operation, panel processing, edgebanding, drilling, quality control, and our overall furniture manufacturing process. Compensation $21-$25 per hour , depending on experience and ability. Employees with strong CNC experience and the ability to independently manage production may qualify for a higher rate. Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday About the Company Mable Furniture LLC designs and manufactures office and school furniture. We operate a modern production facility and manufacture a wide range of custom and production furniture. Pay:
$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
