Permanent / Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Associates/Assemblers to join our team in Oakland, NJ. This position is responsible for assembling products and components in a clean room manufacturing environment while maintaining quality standards and following established procedures. The ideal candidate is dependable, able to work on their feet for extended periods, and committed to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Assemble small components and finished products according to work instructions and specifications. Perform repetitive assembly tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met. Follow clean room procedures, safety regulations, and company policies at all times. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Record production data and complete required documentation accurately. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals. Report quality concerns, equipment issues, or material shortages promptly. Qualifications Previous assembly, production, manufacturing, or clean room experience preferred but not required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Basic communication and problem-solving skills. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the entire shift. Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed. Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination. Ability to work in a clean room environment while adhering to gowning and safety requirements. Why Join Us?
