The Data Assurance Clerk responsibilities include accurately recording and verifying production data to ensure inventory accuracy and support efficient production operations. This role works on the production floor to execute work order instructions, track pallets entering and leaving production lines, validate production records against the computer system, document material usage and staffing, and maintain accurate data while working in a fast-paced, refrigerated environment. Pay Range:
$18.25 - $18.25 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Execute work order instructions on the production floor. Record pallets entering and leaving production lines and verify inventory accuracy. Validate production records against the computer system. Record material usage and employee staffing on assigned production lines. Accurately enter and maintain production and inventory data. Communicate discrepancies or issues to the appropriate personnel. Maintain organized and accurate production records while supporting daily operations.
Job Requirements:
Previous data entry, production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred. Strong computer and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to learn new processes and systems. Ability to work in a refrigerated/cold environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining accuracy under deadlines.
