Production Associate (Food Manufacturing)
Location:
Swedesboro, NJ Pay:
$17.50 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Saturday availability required as needed Join Our Production Team! We are currently hiring Production Associates to join our growing food manufacturing team in Swedesboro, NJ . This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment and want to build a long-term career. As a Production Associate, you will work alongside Production Leads and Supervisors to ensure production lines operate safely, efficiently, and meet daily production goals. Job Responsibilities Assist Production Leads and Supervisors with daily production operations. Help keep production lines running smoothly and efficiently. Report equipment, quality, or production issues to Quality Assurance (QA), Supervisors, and the Maintenance team. Cross-train in multiple production departments to support operational needs. Use company-issued tablets to provide production updates and communicate with management throughout the shift. Follow all company safety policies, GMPs, HACCP, and food safety procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Perform additional production duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required. Willingness to learn multiple production processes through cross-training. Comfortable using a tablet or other electronic devices for production updates. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Dependable with excellent attendance and a positive attitude. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Schedule Monday through Friday 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Must be available to work Saturdays when needed.
