Nighttime Shifts Available Pay:
Starting pay $22.00-$24.00 per hour plus $2.00 per hour night shift differential Are you an experienced manufacturing professional ready to take the next step into leadership? At Roses Southwest Papers, we're looking for Lead Trainees who bring both hands-on manufacturing experience and proven people management skills. If you're adaptable, reliable, and ready to grow into a leadership role while working directly on the production floor, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do As a Lead Trainee, you'll work closely with production teams and leadership to support daily operations and help drive performance. You'll be responsible for: Supporting daily production operations across specific departments.
  • Supporting daily production operations across multiple departments.
  • Assisting with leading, coaching, and coordinating team members on the floor.
  • Maintaining production flow, quality standards, and safety compliance.
  • Making mechanical adjustments to equipment to maintain efficient operation.
  • Performing basic repair work and troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise.
  • Supporting preventative maintenance efforts to reduce downtime.
  • Identifying issues and helping implement solutions to keep operations running efficiently.
  • Adapting to changing production needs and stepping in where needed.
What We're Looking For We're seeking candidates who already have a strong foundation in manufacturing and leadership:
Key Skills & Attributes:
    Manufacturing Experience:
    Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is required.
      Leadership Experience:
      Prior experience supervising, leading, or managing people in a production setting.
        Mechanical Knowledge:
        Strong understanding of equipment, tools, and basic repair work.
          Troubleshooting Skills:
          Ability to identify mechanical issues and perform minor repairs.
          • Electrical Knowledge (Plus): Basic electrical troubleshooting or experience is a strong plus.
          Adaptability:
          Able to adjust quickly to changing priorities and operational needs.
            Strong Communicator:
            Capable of clearly directing teams and working with different departments.
              Problem Solver:
              Comfortable identifying issues and taking action to resolve them.
                Hands-On Leader:
                Willing to work on the floor alongside the team.
                  Reliable & Flexible:
                  Willing to work different shifts and overtime when needed to meet production demands.
                    Career-Oriented:

                      Education:
