This position supports the safe and efficient production of quality coffee while following company procedures, food-safety requirements, and our Core Values. What You'll Do Safely operate basic automatic and semi-automatic production equipment. Process, label, seal, package, and carton coffee products. Follow production orders, Standard Operating Procedures, and job aids. Complete production paperwork accurately using Good Documentation Practices. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and all applicable food-safety guidelines. Inspect products throughout the production process to identify quality concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and dust-free work area. Properly use required personal protective equipment. Follow safe material-handling procedures. Work efficiently to meet production deadlines and minimize waste. Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Dependable and committed to maintaining regular attendance. Able to work cooperatively and respectfully with others. Willing to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs. Detail-oriented with sound decision-making skills. Work Environment This position works primarily indoors in a non-climate-controlled food-production and warehouse environment. Employees may experience heat, cold, dust, noise, vibration, moving mechanical equipment, and mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and fire-related hazards. Physical Requirements This is a physically active position requiring: Standing and walking throughout the entire shift. Repetitive bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, pushing, and pulling. Lifting and moving items weighing up to 30 pounds. Safety and Compliance Employees must follow all company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and standards of conduct. This includes applicable food-safety standards and requirements related to OSHA, Good Manufacturing Practices, and the Food Safety Modernization Act.
