Job Description
Responsible for assisting the Pipeline Foreman with daily field operations and directing crew members to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. Key Responsibilities Direct and assist pipeline laborers, operators, and other crew members. Help coordinate daily manpower, equipment, and materials. Ensure crews follow company safety policies and job-site procedures. Assist with pipeline construction, ditching, stringing, welding, lowering-in, backfilling, and cleanup activities. Operate heavy equipment and assist with equipment and job-site needs as required. Monitor crew productivity and communicate progress or issues to the Foreman. Assist with daily safety meetings and maintain a clean and organized work area. Help identify and resolve field problems before they affect production. Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are properly maintained and available for the crew. Work closely with the Foreman, operators, welders, and other pipeline personnel to keep the job moving safely and efficiently. Lead by example and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.
